Neither Daniels nor Wynn represent the quality which is desired. Both are serviceable at best.
But there are too many holes in the roster. RT for one. SLB for another. DE for sure. Depth almost everywhere would be good, too. Given this situation, and the fact that the team has only 4 draft picks (only 5 even in a trade-down), warm bodies of even mediocre quality are needed. Given the pickings left at RT and SLB, getting Daniels and/or Wynn, and seeing who performs in camp, is a good idea. Sadly there are too many holes and not enough draft picks to fill 'em. Gotta make the best of a grim situation.
