Any coach that doesn't have the mental discipline and determination to lose weight the right way is not someone I'd as my head coach.

That's one of the reasons George Allen used to stay fit and run with the team, right? By the way, I think Ralph Friedgen should definitely get a shot as an NFL head coach.
