I guess you completely overlooked this part of the article...

Sanchez isn't expected to still be available when the Jets make their first pick at No. 17 in the first round, nor when the Redskins make their selection at No. 13. Of the three teams, the Jaguars have the best shot at nabbing him at No. 8, but even that seems unlikely based on the speculation that he could be the top pick overall in this year's NFL draft.
