I'd start by asking her what's wrong, because it sounds like she's got something on her mind. Is she pregnant, losing her job, sick, anything major like that she's not telling you?
Take the interest to ask her what's wrong first. If the answer is nothing and she's still being a bitch, then bounce. There are other fish in the sea.
