Apparently a few months ago she felt a bump on her chest and didnt want to tell me, then she got real sick for a while last month so she went to the doctor like 2 weeks ago and had some tests done on it and hasnt heard back yet. She said she has been scared and didnt want to tell me so she has been acting short with me so I wont worry.

My wife does the same thing (maybe that's why my radar went up that something might be wrong). I have to coax her to talk. At first she's resistant, but I'm persistent without being pushy, and when she does eventually reluctantly talk it out she always feels better afterward. Keep interested, read her moods, and ask her to talk about it when appropriate. It shows you care, and that's the best thing for her right now.

If she comminucated with you about this months ago, then you would have understood and not had to write this thread. Hopefully this happening will help both of you learn to communicate better.
