He brings the Patriots' mentality of never letting the inmates run the asylum, but he just went a little too far with this one. I understand the Broncos and McDaniels should have been more straightforward with Cutler, but he's making a very poor decision IMO, and he's acting like a douche. I'm definitely not the only one who thinks so. Cutler has been a pompous jerk from day 1, and this situation just furthers the notion.
