The worst pain in my book is tooth pain but back is a close second. Something is up with my lower back and it really sucks. I am 35 and I think I am just getting old. My wife will go to the doctors at the drop of a hat but us guys we always seem to wait to see if it will possibly fix itself. I wonder why we do that.

Get with a "competant" personal trainer for a session or two for some "core strengthening" exercises, focusing on the spinal area. It has done me a world of good for fixing and preventing some nagging injuries. It's worth the few bucks it will cost before you open up the medical can o' worms.
