I think they wanted him in part because not only does he have upside (god I hate that word) but he also seems like he has the speed to cover from the LB position. It also seems like he's an effective blitzer. However was this guy really the best player on their board where you have Duke Robinson and Jamon Merideth available. I'll definately give the guy a shot considering Chris Horton and Anthony Montgomery had low grades and they turned out well for us but I don't know if this qualifies as BPA.

Well I don't know what Robinson and Meredith did, but all these teams passed them over and Atlanta even took another Tackle before we picked. It must be a reason.
