Controversial or not I'm a huge Vick fan I'm a diehard Hokie fan and cannot wait for this guy to come back.What he did was awful and almost unforgiving but everyone deserves the chance to own up to everything and be remorseful which is what I hope Michael does. Well, I am a huge Vick disliker! He was a massively overrated Qb but he could run like the wind. He does not deserve another shot unless he can make it though a camp and win the job. Just cause he was a former QB doesn't mean he should be handed a shot. If he is good enough to win a position, then let him.
I find this to be a joke, and a slap in the face to all animal activists. Gotta give Vicks advisors some credit though.

Lighten up. He's paid his debt to society and hit rock bottom. He did a terrible thing but life moves on. He deserves another shot if someone is willing to give him one. No one is going to hand him anything. Look around the NFL at all the poor QB play. Teams are desperate to win and someone will probably give him a chance. Afterall Leonard Little is still playing.

I didn't want to be the first to make the Campbell vs. Vick QB comparison, But since you mentioned them both Tripp, here it goes. Campbell is a TRUE QB, a class act, and has some unreached potential. Vick is an animal sociopath, more of a "wildcat" back fielder, who has less potential athletically than he did before he was incarcerated. I hope the Skins avoid him like the plague!

I don't see where I am too hard on him that I should "lighten up". I said if he can go through camp and win a job, then let him have it. The key is for him to WIN THE JOB. If he's good enough to be an NFL Qb for someone because he beat out the others, then let him play.
