Well I am going tonight after work, I was ready to go last night but forgot Caps start at 7. My doctor said it was most likely a muscle strain from lifting my son the wrong way. I plan on taking it slow.
70chip I don't think think I could ever give up the gym I just need to modify how I work out. Actually one of the biggest "pains in your back" at the gym is the treadmill. thanks everyone for your help!
