We only averaged 16.6 ppg last year, 3rd or 4th worst in the league. I dont think we have done alot to upgrade our offense.

Well, this part is called player development. We won't know until the season whether we have the horses to develop, but I think you are suggesting a complete (or moderate) offensive overhaul, which is precisly what NOT to do in this situation.

Admittedly, I think we missed some oppertunities in free agency to improve the offense, but that doesn't mean we can't/won't improve.
