What must Jim Zorn accomplish this season to keep his job?

Rivers has turned into a top tier NFL QB and he's taken that offense to another level. He's gotten them to the playoffs two straight years and won playoff games. That's something Marty could not do. The guy got a good year out of Alex Smith for crying out loud. Norv can coach, but as I said he's not the coach for a young team. I bet if you stuck Norv in at NE they wouldn't miss a beat....as long as you had the vets, strong GM and defensive coordinator.

Good coordinator, medicore head coach.

Norv would ruin NE pretty quick, let's not kid ourselves. Saying NE wouldn't miss a beat is a pretty big insult to Belichick, who despite being hated by most fans is a pretty damn good coach, one of the best in fact.
