If Michael Vick was a Steve Young caliber player, then I'd say sure why not. However, while his feet can dance, he's an average to below average QB (75.7 QB Rating, best season being 2002, or 7 long years ago). He's been away from the game for 2 years, and if he reinstated right away, he'd be able to return to the field half way through the preseason, meaning he would have missed crucial training camp time to even be considered as a reserve QB.
While I'm all for him getting a 2nd chance in the NFL since he's done his time, he's not worth the headache.
