I really can't think of one. I doubt that it's done because each team would think that the other was getting over on them no matter what was exchanged.

The only one that comes to mind was in 2007 when the Dolphins traded Wes Welker to the Patriots for 2007 2nd and 7th round picks.

EDIT- Just remembered that Drew Bledsoe was traded from the Patriots to the Bills in 2002 for a 2003 1st round pick.
