Seriously though, I really like a lot of the draft picks we landed while Gibbs was here- Jason Campbell, Carlos Rogers, Chris Cooley, Laron Landry, and Sean Taylor particularly.

I won't give Snyder credit for those individual picks per se, but hiring Gibbs and then having the humility to step back and let a football guy do football things is what currently has us on a solid track.
