The salary cap chart here assumes the skins choose to pick up an option and extend ARE beyond the 2009 season. They won't. Unless he somehow transforms himself into a #1 receiver this season, the skins will not pick up his option and he will be an unrestricted free agent in 2010 (Same for Andre Carter).
