Some teams do a better job of coaching up their draft picks and getting them on the field. Devin Thomas/Malcomb Kelly/Fred Davis vs. DeSean Jackson, for instance

If you really believe it was coaching. I don't think they could have coached Kelly out of a bad knee. Jackson was better prepared coming out of college.

Don't forget that Zorn was a rookie last year, too. I'll bet he does a better job prepping rookies this year. Further, don't forget that our own Santana Moss did nothing as a rookie.
