All you guys that are instantly discrediting this woman for no reason other than it's a year later and it's not a criminal suit should understand that rape is rape. How she goes about finding justice, is her choice.
For the record, I am not saying he's guilty, nor am I saying she is guilty of making something up. Let the evidence speak for itself and shame on a lot of you for even discarding this allegation even though you know NOTHING about EITHER of them. The evidence will hopefully come out, and who knows, maybe Ben has done this before, and others will then come forward. It could just be an overzealous ex-employee or fling...no one knows yet.

No there are no rules. But rape is a felony and if you don't go to the cops and just want money and wait a year later to open your mouth then it just doesn't look right. And from what's being reported she's got mental problems. She was making up some crazy story about falling in love with someone over the Internet who didn't exsist. I read about it on TMZ. Ben probably nailed her and stopped calling her and she flipped out. I'm telling you that women do some crazy shit, especially when it comes to getting involved with powerful men.
