I wish George was still starting for Dallas, man was he totally ineffective yesterday or what?

Jones is going to be a good back, the guy somehow manages to slip out of tackle after tackle.

I agree. Over the next year, I think Jones is going to be a huge differencemaker, but he is going to be really really good in the long run. I hate that Dallas has him.

Jones is nice but they still need a QB, some playmakers at WR and there's holes on the D to fill.

Plus you have to wonder how long Parcells will stick around.

The Cowboys are aging, need a whole new set of QBs, and are going to lose several players in the offseason. We need not worry about them - just ourselves.

Dallas is going to win the offseason this year. Hope it gives them the same results it gave us!

what do you guys think about david patten (wr from ne ) he kinda reminds me of gary clark , he's small and fast and can stretch the d. he prolly won't be too exspensive either. this would allow coles to be our "possesion" receiver

What about a TE? I think we're a bit thin there. Mainly for blocking, but another person defenses have to think about.
I think royal and cooley are enough at the te position right now. out of all of the available free agents I'd love for the skins to find a way and sign john abraham and then we could focus almost entirely on the offensive side of the ball in the draft.

hasn't pace been demanding a ridiculously sized contract and a +$20 million signing bonus the past couple years?

Pace has been a restricted free agent with a franchise tag on his for dam near his whole career. He may have only ever had his rookie contract.

He definitly is looking for a huge deal, we dotn need a guy like that

If this is a good and solid team, why is it 5-10 in the last week of December? Good and solid teams at this time of year are 9-6 or maybe even 10-5. The reason the Redskins are 5-10 is that they are not nearly as good as the press makes them out to be AND they have no meaningful depth - except at linebacker.

Orlando Pace WAS asking for a deal that would total $85M and he wanted $28M as a signing bonus. However, he changed his agent since he signed his franchise player contract with St. Louis last year so no one knows what the asking price will be this year. He used to have the Postons as his agents but has now signed with someone else - JImmy Sexton?

Here's a flash for people: Orlando Pace is better than any OL the Redskins have had in the last decade and maybe in their entire history - including the "sainted Hogs". If he can be had for a REASONABLE number, you have to think about him. He will be in the Hall of Fame.
