So one was a jerk to police ( aka acting stupid) the other was acting unprofessional, (but I would argue that on scene he acted within the realm of professionalism, but I understand your statement). Nothing for the national media, and Al Sharpton or the President of the US to even be involved in.

Yes it is when you are doing it to a police officer responding to a call in front of on-lookers. None of us were there but just being on private property isn't an excuse either. You don't get to yell at police officers for free.
