We've given up just 8 sacks less than last year, if we were playing more wide open we'd probably easily top last year's sack mark. What's the point in getting your QB killed to score a few more points? If opening up the offense was the answer to our woes don't you think Gibbs would have done it?

He's got the future in mind with this season. Getting Ramsey pummeled isn't going to do much for us in the long run.

I dont know if I agree that our line doenst give ramsey time. i dotn think our line opens up holes for portis, but I havent ever seen Ramsey run a play that involves him standing in the pocket. Its always planned dump offs and screen passes.
