Hope this is a good thing...
Well this thread might have some meaning if we knew he was there to talk with the FO about a contract for JC or if JC was his only client. Him just there would be stupid to debate because it would be based of nothing. Your thread title made it sound like he might be there for a reason and JC would be that reason but nothing points to that. You don't like it when someone points out that its a non issue but it just looks like a thread started to start a thread.

Re: Joel Segal (Jason Campbell's Agent) is at Training Camp

And there is the answer... Segal says "No way"

All I was saying was there is "no way" Vick DIDN'T come up in any conversation between VC & Segal...

I am glad to hear it is settled 100% for sure (Oh wait, haven't people around Redskin Park said before someone definitely isn't being talked about, then they suddenly pop up?)... haha ... but in this case I do believe it to be true.

My point was that Dungy, Vick's adviser, said that Michael was likely getting signed THIS WEEK. We all know Campbell is NOT being re-signed this week, so of course Vick is the more pressing issue to Segal at this moment. He shows up at Skins Camp THIS WEEK & you insinuate I'm crazy to think he was discussed?

I'd be more likely to believe Segal asked how our QB situation was looking & Cerrato told him that, besides Campbell, Brennan IS looking better this camp & Daniels is improving every week, so therefore, there is no "desperate" need for Vick here.

In the end, I was saying that I was just prepping myself for a "SHOCK" (being shocked by something means you didn't expect it to happen)... not a conspiracy... give me a break here. Agents talk about their free agent players to GMs (or so-called GMs in our case), and he has one that is looking to be signed the soonest.
