I will give him props on completely dismantling Ron Paul. but I don't know about being a good guy. Correct me if I am wrong but if you only talk about what you're told you can talk about you're in the business of propaganda.

The left pounding him about the Libby issue only re-inforces my point. Many on the right felt he was too left, and vice versa for the left. Overall he was down the middle much more than most. Russert's complete body of work leaves him in the category of the good guys.

Honestly, this isn't about Libby, it could be about the Clintons for all I care. The fact of the matter is "when [he talks] to senior government officials on the phone, it's [his] policy [that the] conversations are confidential. If [he wants] to use anything from that conversation, then [he] will ask permission [to do so]." If his body of work is based on his relationship with the establishment what exactly is his role?
