It's not about second team vs. second team. It's that ALL of our three backs are out of the game, and you can't play offense with Marcus Mason/Dominique Dorsey.

Get Cartwright in there and we probably move the ball.

Orakpo looks ok...needs some work in pass coverage

Special teams is suspect. At least Suisham made the X-tra Point (x 3)

Defense looks similar to what it has looked like in years past. Can't stop the third down play.


Overall, I'm not convinced this team is much better than they were last year. But it is only six quarters. And it is just preseason.

Yeah... that what I'm thinking as well - Defense plays great except on third down plays. Offense always seem to play too cautious, afraid of making mistakes rather than taking it to the defense.
