And second, you are so sure about this shit - then why don't you tell me why the offense was struggling last year against all kinds of defenses. At his best performances last year, campbell was being praised for not turning the ball over.
Why you feel the need to cuss and make personal attacks, I'm not certain, but I'll answer your question to the best of my knowledge.

Jason Campbell was playing decent to begin the season, he wasn't lighting the world on fire, but he didn't have to. I believe that during the Saints game he showed that if they needed the deep ball, he could get it done. There are lots of reasons offenses struggle, not the least of which was a porous offensive line at the end of the season.

As Clinton Portis goes, so go the Redskins and I think we all saw what happened when he got bottled up, the offense couldn't move the ball. I tend to think the whole O struggled to adjust to a new system. Receivers weren't positive where they were supposed to go and Jason wasn't sure where they were going. I also think that having small receivers in the WCO is a bad idea, it's easier to throw slants to bigger more physical players, not shrimps like Santana and Antwan

so i guess it's just preseason, so it doesn't matter that Campbell is still struggling even though he has a decent line and protection in front of him. It's just preseason and the wins and loses don't matter, but the performances still do.

Yes, that is absolutely my feeling. I couldn't care less what he's doing right now because you play preseason games to work on different things. They're glorified practices. If this carries over into the season I'll start to doubt him. I'm prepared for whatever happens at this point. I want him to succeed and it's got little to do with Jason. I like him because if he is good, that will mean the Skins found their QB for several years (not one or two like Collins or a pipe dream like Colt/Chase (I loved both of them in college, btw, no bias against them)).

I do think it's unfair the revolving door of coaches and systems he's been in, but the bottom line he has to prove he can play this season or he's gone and I've accepted that.

That said, I don't know that he was dealt a fair hand here, but that doesn't mean he should get a 2nd contract.

Finally, I'm confident he will prove that he can get it done this season, but I don't have a crystal ball and I don't know.

Can you be specifc as to JC struggles so far this preseason? Has he been terribly inaccurate? Has he throw INTs? Maybe held the ball too long and taken a few sacks? Please, enlighten me as to how JC has struggled so bad in such a short period of time because I fail to see it. You must know something that I don't.

I think it's obvious. He's had what - 5 series. Not enough to predict an entire season for him, but enough to try to disprove all of the lack of confidence that his own personnel people have. It's his job to prove people wrong and so far not a job so far.

Tell me what has he accomplished or PROVED to us in these 2 games so far. Nothing except that the redskins might have been right to try to get another starting qb.

Maybe its just me but I thought he was making very good decisions with the football and getting it out of his hands quick. He wasn't waitng for someone to come open, he was anticipating it and being very quick in the pocket. If things broke down he used his legs and I think that is good. He hasn't taken a sack and hasn't turned the ball over. Again, not great but not worthless as you would make it sound.

Wait, no, responding to a challenge with a challenge is worse.

3 points in 2 games.
QB rating in the 40's.
overthrew Moss,Hagans.
underthrew Kelly ball hit Troy P in the hands, close to a int.

If JC wants to prove the FO and the non JC supporters wrong, this isnt the way to do it. He better get off his arse this week or it could get ugly.
