It just came out that Alford is done, they were trying to rehab and avoid surgery but the injury is too serious. For Canty........he hasnt played yet, so you dont know if he is gonna play week 1, if he does I cant see him lasting very long.

Uhhh I don't believe the tool Canty is eligible to play that game regardless...

I would not say that Canty is overrated. He is not great but is quite solid. He is, however, overpaid.

37 tackles(25 solo), 3 sacks

Demetric Evans 2008 stats:
33 tackles(20 solo), 3.5 sacks

Chris Canty 6yrs-42 million
Demetric Evans 2yrs-3.8 million

Overrated......and overpaid. Canty has never had more than 3.5 sacks, I was thanking the football gods when we didnt sign him!!!

Please bama, it isnt overpaying when you get the best defensive player in football. And the $100 million he will never see it, do your homework. At least Haynesworth has done something to deserve getting the money, you guys just hand it out to some bum who has never done anything.
