Looking at his numbers it looks like JaMarcus Russel actually had a good preseason.

Russell's conventional numbers are going to improve a lot as the Raiders offense around him improves, but he has Culpepper-like fumbling ability without the ability to complete passes down the field that Daunte had.

Basically, until you see his completion percentage tip 62%, he remains a bust there.

Well I understand it's only preseason but if your criteria holds up then he's off to a good start with a 66.7% completion in 4 preseason games. Again only preseason but promising none the less. Russell might be another guy I judged to early (a la Mario Williams).

Not saying we should get him but i beleive he know's the WC offense.
