The Rams are going to be pretty bad. They'll be lucky to win 4.

I actually think the Browns and Rams could combine for 13 or 14 wins this year.

No one will actually see the improvement though, since neither of them is going to the playoffs.

The Rams are a relatively talentless team, but they are also the kind of team (veteran QB, good running game, pressure defense) that will beat up on the San Franciscos, Arizonas, and Detroits of the world. They just may vulture 8 wins.
