We only had 2 last year with pretty much the same people. Lets see how Kelly does in a starting #2 role first for a few games before terms like good are thrown around.

For me, he has to stay on the field as #2 without rotation if he is going to be considered good. We had way too much rotation at the WR position last year, I can't see how any starting WR can catch a groove with the offense doing that.

Being that Thomas is healthy and selected before Kelly but is not starting should give some insight on how "good" he is. God bless him but his situation is not looking good right now.
