Hall is the biggest con-man in the NFL he has duped not 1 not 2 but 3 NFL teams into lots of cash. I will give him credit for that and the Redskins FO should have know better not to sign him. They should have kept Springs and gotten another free agent or 2. Case closed, this guy SUCKS!!
