Yeah. I did a TD/INT ratio for corners, and Hall actually grades out pretty well. But if you do TD + First Downs/INT rate, just a small adjustment, he's one of the worst in the league.

Any quarterback that can throw in rhythm can beat him. Those who aren't rhythm passers are at a major disadvantage.
