Give it up already. The team is named after an American Indian that was the coach of the team. Isn't there a limit to how many times you can take someone to court? I can't see the supreme court accepting this case either way.
If not, Snyder already has Washington Warrior merchandise ready to go.

Some Indian was at one of the first games against the Cowboys and as we kicked their a$$ he yeld out go Redskins and it caught on and before you knew it everyone was saying Hail to the Reskins. The rest is history.

Where do people come up with this stuff. Hail to the Redskins was written by GP Marshall's wife as a fight song because GP Marshall wanted Onward Christian Soldiers as the Skins fight song.
