Wow. He hung in there longer than most thought he would. At least he's now pain-free and in a better place.
A solid actor who had a good grasp on what he could and could not do. I enjoyed them all. One of the best (and cheesiest) lines of any movie I've ever seen was his Roadhouse quip, "pain don't hurt." RIP Patrick. You will be missed.
