LOL I can picture him like Dustin Hoffman:

1st and goal at the 8 - run to the left
1st and goal at the 8 - run to the left
1st and goal at the 8 - (DSmith grabs hand) (JZ freaks out)
1st and goal at the 8 - run to the left

hey DMV, just wanted to say props to Marcus. I am being honest. He worked at it and worked at it, and he got in for 3 plays, plus ST I assume. Not stellar, but he showed he could step up and play. I know you supported him throughout, so props to your guy!

Thanks

Man I just love my team and I want them to use players that aren't worn down or have nothing to offer. Something new. If we keep doing the same thing we keep getting the same results.

Betts is good on screen passes that's it. When he runs the ball he pisses me off. Sayign that the O-line is not opening holes. But he can't even hradly get a 2 yard gain. So are we keeping him jsut for the screen pass. I am so mind boggled by the decision by the team when it comes to using its personel. But I will put money on it that Mason will be playing more. Why because Betts produces nothing as far as rushing the ball. So when you take Portis out for a spell what do you do?

As far as all this JC bashing its getting ridicuous. He played decent but he can't throw and catch the ball. Neither does he call the plays. I just think ZORN is a as stubborn as a mule. Like my grandma used to say, "Someone can be so smat tht they are stupid". Meaning they overthink things to the point where they make stupid decisions.

Zorn keeps saying teams are taking Moss out of the game so why not put Moss in the slot once in a while. We could put Thomas and Kelly on the outside and get Moss the ball in the slot. Moss is really good on YAC. Also maybe if we take more shots down the field we will connect on some of the throws. 1 deep shot a game won't get it done.
JC deserves a chance to earn his contract to stay here in DC.

Nah we are too busy tricking people, and getting CP his TD passes! Zorn is a joke, take the handcuffs off JC, and lets see what he can do!

My thought exactly. If moving ARE to the slot created mismatches then moving Moss there could also be even more advantageous in some cases.

Where are all of the deep plays, big running lanes, endzone fades and great catches that we heard about all during training camp?

Re: Smoot Lays the Smack Down (Redskins vs. Rams)

Pretty much everything here is spot on

Campbell does operate well out of the no huddle and when calling his plays, I think that we should trust him more, he seems to be calling them better than Zorn

would Sherman Smith stick around if Zorn got canned? I'd think about talking to Zorn and having him relinquish playcalling duties, but if you do that mid-season you might as well just fire the guy.. I know the OCs do more than just call the plays, but we've got a guy with a lot more experience that could be doing it, but Zorn called the first play and he'll call every one until he's gone

so much to be frustrated at right now

it sucks seeing all of these teams pull good plays, jump catches, big passes over the middle, blazing runs, and thinking that we must have the shortest highlight reel of big plays in the NFL
