Heard what he wrote and heard his apology.

To say the fans don't have anything to gripe about is BS. We purchase the merchandise, we purchase the food at the game, we pay the cost to go see the game, we pay for Sunday ticket, we pay the parking fee, we pay for a lot. If it was not for the fan money would not be coming in to pay for their salaries. As a fan we all feel we are getting taken to the cleaners already. Some of us can't even afford to go to a game due to cost or distance. All in all we want to get what we are paying for. We are paying for a Cadalac and their giving us a Chevy Cavalier. A good car no doubt that runs well but it's not a Cadalac. As the announcers said on 106.7 last night, it's not like we lost one or two games and no one should be bitching....this has been going on for a dacade or two. Mediocracy. People have grown to except mediocracy. "It's just a game." " Their busting their butts." and so on.

I think we all know they are working hard but for some reason our team seems to be stagnant on offense in the Red zone and it's been this way for over 10yrs. One would think they would have figured out the problem by now.

I have no hard feelings toward any player upset with the fan base. They are busting their butts and not getting results they are frustrated. We as fans are frustrated for seeing the same problems year after year. He was not suited up so he was a spectator also just as frustrated as the rest of us.

Mike Greenberg just blasted Henson, and I agree with him wholehearedly. Henson's comment was beyond stupid, and his apology was very weak. To sum up Greenie, we fans pay his salary for him to NOT EVEN PLAY, and he bitches about fan support. Screw Henson, seriously.

I saw it on TV this morning. Greeny had bulging veins in his neck and sounded like a man. I was impressed and agreed with him 100%, even if it does involve a Redskin.

Henson needs cut. Make an example out of these athletes using Twitter to complain about their teams, coaches and fans. The Commish banned the use of it during games, but that's too easy. Players should be banned from using it PERIOD during the season. It's just another vehicle to make jackasses out of themselves (which is what everyone seems to do with this idiotic trend of advertising every aspect of your life and private thoughts).

Cut Henson and bring in Derrick Brooks. Even if he sits on the bench like Henson, he'll still bring more to the team than the moronic rookie we have now.

For sure R. Henson doesn't read the Warpath on a regular basis so I had to leave a message on the Redskins website. In a nut shell I stated "I'll be a Redskins fan long after they cut him from the team."

the booing was a function of higher expectations- that the redskins place on themselves (via hype, via ticket prices, etc). Any boos hurled by the fans were well deserved in my opinion. That is a dreadful, dreadful team (Rams) and we barely beat them. that is inexcusable, especially after last year's loss.

I understand people having opinions on both sides of what Henson did and have decided to forgive and move on. Myself, I took personal offense being a Washingtonian -- of how dismissive he was towards the people who have supported this team forever. Some since the team played at Griffith stadium for nearly 30 years.

I don't know why this makes me so hot under the collar, but it does. I seriously don't care if Henson never sees the field as a Redskin. I wish him well in the NFL, but with another team. Not the burgundy and gold.
