JC made the read at the end of his drop (under 2 sec) and went to Sellers. I think why he checked off was he may have pre-read Man and the Rams dropped to Zone. I think he could've hit DT, but he may have been concerned about the S making a break on the ball.

On the second play Kelly comes under a clearout route by by ARE, Rams look like a Cover 3 Zone here and Kelly is wide open (throw was behind tho).

Yeah. It looked like the throw to Kelly was made into tighter space than the throw to Thomas would have been. I also think DT rounded the route off, or did something else that Campbell wasn't expecting and gave up on him.

But as SS and I were suggesting earlier, the pre-snap read might not have been the whole story there.
