Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
I think Mason is in. My thinking is that they were already phasing rock out against the Rams.

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
Rock hasn't had any carries in 2 games and has 4 KO returns for an avg. of 24 yds/return. You might be right, maybe a trade?

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
Im thinking Betts before Rock, at least Rock will tackle someone on coverage teams. Does anyone think a team will give up anything for either Rock and/or Betts?

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
Sure, why not. Betts has looked decent catching the ball and Rock is a proven return man (mid-round to Low picks).

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
I thought that Betts and Cartwright were late round picks? If we could mid round or late round picks, wait wait wait. . . . we can't get seventh rounders. Forget that idea.

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
Betts was a 2nd rounder and Rock a 7th.

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
In that case Betts hasn't been living up to his draft order but Rock has worked out well. I'd trade Betts. Neither of them are spring chickens.
Welcome back Aldridge. Now hold on to the damn ball!

Re: Welcome back Anthony Alridge.........
Last I checked Rock does not see much time at running back and is our return guy which if we let him go for Mason or Alridge it a hugh mistake. Rock is the one guy we can count on to almost always get us out to the 25 or 30 yard line on his returns. He will also break one from time to time and he does not turn the ball over.
