Dan Snyder doesn't think anything is wrong with the way this franchise is run.

At the time we had just come off of playoff seasons in 2 of the prior 3 seasons. We've now lost 10 of the last 13 and lost to a team that hadn't won a game in 20 months. Can't see how that's the same thing.
