Also what are you going to gain from canning Zorn for say Blache or Bugel? THose guys are not HC material at all. Blache sucks period and if Bugel wanted it or was HC material don't you think he would have been a HC already? Keep Zorn in there, try to salvage something and can his ass the day after the last game. To me it doesn't matter anymore who the HC, as long as Cerrato is there and there is no GM, the club is doomed to mediocrity.

If Cerrato is still our player personnel manager then none of the changes we make will make a difference.

What's unfortunate is that your common Redskin fan, from a PR standpoint, will accept a head coaching change and think all is well.
