Not just receivers. It's hard to tell if the current regime has any ability to develop talent. 11 draft picks last year and no one but Horton could get on the field as a rookie, and even that didn't happen until Doughty went down with injury.

MK, DT and FD could all be bums, but who knows. They're essentially 3 games into their rookie season playing for an Offense that struggles mightily being coached by an unproven and heavily scrutinized staff that may not be here next year.
