For DC, how about Greg Manusky?. I'm not convinced that Blache is a failure, he did rally the team to some tough second-halfs this year and we're only giving up about ONE offensive TD per game.

I actually think Blache is doing a better job this year than last year. Last year, he was an unmitigated disaster. This year, his original gameplans have been completely hit or miss, but he's done a good job with halftime adjustments in all games...and that represents a vast improvement over last year.
