If that happens, Cerrato would be more than willing to yield. He's done that before, with Joe Gibbs. Vinny is a team player.

I think Snyder is more willing to make changes to appease a potential HOF coach (Shanny, Holmgren, Cowher) than he would for Gruden or a lesser name HC.

Mort makes a good point, I don't think Vinny is the problem either. It's up to Danny, he's the one that would have to be able to play nice in the sandbox.
