I am with your 100%..I have said for a long time that no matter what coach is brought here, and what supposed talent is brought in, as long as Danny and "YES MAN" Vinny are running things, this team WILL NEVER be a winning franchise. I dont usually go along with her, but she backed it up with some facts and character issues that Snyder apparently has. We will never be successful unless he steps aside, gives total control of players, draft, coaching, scouting to REAL FOOTBALL people. I would bring Casserly back, He did a pretty good job in Houston before getting run out of town for not picking Bush....hmmm how does that look now? Or I would pay what ever to get Ozzie Newsome, or Bill Polian, Allen, or someone with some credibility.
