Well it goes back to the team not being able to put up points. No one can keep opposing teams to 7 points every game. 20 or less points is to be expected from opposing teams, the Skins need to score more then 21 each week and we can't get to 20. It's not our defense its our offense that sucks.

It's not so much the offense that sucks...it is the fact that they don't play together...everyone is out for themselves. There is no "i" in team guys...Dan Snyder needs to give the $$$$ players an ultimatum or let the third string play for a while instead of being the benchwarmers.

That might be a good idea. I noticed you said SNYDER needs to give the players an ultimatum not Zorn. I think that says alot.

I'm all for players being docked for their performance, but please don't defend the coaches. Our WR coach has not gotten any play out of his WR's except Moss and ARE, the blocking scheme sucks, Zorn play calling sucks cause he calls the worst plays at the wrong time because "other teams won't expect it." Whoever is evaluating O-line talent needs to be fired. Basically if I was DS I would move Cerrato to a contract roll executive position, bring in a true GM, allow the new GM to bring in good talent scouts to start the process for next yr, fire Zorn and replace with a WCO coach perhaps Sherm Lewis and allow him to bring in anyone he wants, fire Hixon, decide if Buges should stay or go, and hope for the best. Evaluate the team at the end of the season and if Sherm Lewis gets the ship somewhat righted then think about giving him another one yr deal, if the season is crappy as it appears it will be then shit can everything and "Rebuild".

So do we go with modular changes? I dare somebody to continue with the only 3 losses deal, come on right now. People talk about because of the fans being impatient we can't tear down and rebuild... what are the fans going to do? Go to the Ravens? We don't need those type of fans.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread

Record 2-3

Games left that we will not be at least 7 point underdogs:
Chiefs & Raiders

We will be lucky to finish 5-11.

Game review should be fun

For sure. Our second half schedule is so brutal compared to the current stretch. I put the over under on games I'll stop watching at halftime at 4.

Dude you could run the wishbone to the wildcat and if you do not block you do not move the ball.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread

At this point I would look to make a trade or look for some experience at OL, maybe Runyan if he's available?

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread

If it wasn't for the Defense today you can scratch 14 points. This offense is just sad.

SOUP and Zorn are a package deal and will both be gone. Zorn already has one foot out the door, the next one will follow before months end.

And yes the O-Line needs a major overhaul!
