that was my argument in the stream chat

he was well within the 2 yard window

his arm came near touching ARE himself, within a foot at the most

You're right about the halo, as far a "basic" knowledge I'm glad you had that one memorized.

However, the NFL rule states: "This includes interfering with the ball, the receiver, or the receiver’s path to the ball."
