I think shanahan became stagnant in Denver and it was just time for a change

I agree. I have to give McDaniels credit, he brought in a great D Co and the offense is doing what it takes to win as they learn the new scheme. I thought he was crazy to get rid of Cutler but now it seems he knew what he was doing. He got some good players for the picks they got for Jay -still more to come- and Orton is playing very well.

Because he's not. But Snyder probably thinks he can buy the trophies these coaches won in the past. The problem is the trophies don't belong to the coaches, they belong to the ORGANIZATIONS. It started at the top.

The fallacy is, it really doe snot matter who is coach. Bring in Gruden, bring in Shanahan. Doesnt matter. Until there is a change in the way the front office operates, you will get what you have gotten the last decade, insignificant football. Period. Nothing else to be said. Just look at the offensive line that Snyderrato built. Nuff said.

I can't agree more.

During the game today I saw Samuels go down and I knew the atrocity that would transpire after. I remember saying to myself that was a key person we couldn't afford to lose.

Then Rocky McIntosh went down in the 2nd half and I said the very same thing. We have NO ONE to back up any of these guys.

How can Chris Samuels, Rocky McIntosh, London Fletcher, Albert Haynesworth, Santana Moss, Clinton Portis ALL BE SO VITAL to our team that we can't afford to lose any of them.


You know how fragile your team has to be to have that many players that can't be lost for the year.
