Jerry Gray + a experienced WCO playcaller as OC and assistant HC-Joe Philbin in Green Bay or Kyle Shanahan in Houston
and an up and coming Zone-Blitz DC-like the Steelers Linebackers coach

I've got a question. Why does it have to be a West Coast Offense? I mean, if we're going to blow up the team, we don't necessarily have to keep the WCO offense. I still believe no matter how offensive football changes, we need an offense that has a strong offensive line and a strong running game. Both are essential for everything else to work. It doesn't really matter what type of offense it is, if it can't be successful with executing the basic fundamentals of offense, then it doesn't matter if it's a WCO or a Gibbs Offense or whatever.
