I agree. When you see him on the sideline he's continously talking to JC. Telling him to do this and that, "tell the guys this is going to be a TD, take control..you're the leader etc." It's too much when he should be listening to what they're seeing upstairs and planning his next play to take advantage of what the D is doing.
