What I do have a problem with is ignorant douche bags who think they're geniuses -- ignorant douche bags with too much pride and no humility, who are blind to their own shortcomings. Dan Snyder and Vinny Cerrato represent such people. The worst part about it is that nobody wants to work for people like that -- not coaches or players. It's without a doubt one of the easiest things to hate about a person: arrogance.
