look I can follow what you're saying to an extent, but you're going about it the wrong way

my suggestions:

1) don't take people from a fan board to heart, owners, staff, etc or what

2) put down the thesaurus, you are no shakespeare, though you've got the soliloquy thing working for you at this point

3) look at your username and wonder if you're really a good judge of what the team should be doing

4) regroup, maybe take the night off, and join us tomorrow

Furthermore, we want the coach to be given a chance to build a team -- he must be honored the full length of his contract. We regret the way Marty Schottenheimer was treated, and we do not believe any respectable coach can be expected to produce results under similar conditions.

We want Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato to hire a front office in charge of personnel decisions. Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato should not be involved in such decisions.

We want Management to take a back seat to the individuals they hire to run the team. The organization should hire quality individuals and then trust them to be autonomous.

We want a commitment to building the less glamorous parts of the team, starting with the offensive line. We understand that flashy skill position players sell tickets, but we maintain that winning games will sell more.

We want a public acknowledgment from Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato that the current course is unacceptable.
